ARIG letter to GDS CEO's
See attached WORD document for full content of the letter requesting that Revenue Integrity issues are addressed at source rather than by remedial action by airlines etc. A.R.I.G. has suggesteed that the ideal solution for both airlines and travel agents to solve the major problem would be to have validation of the Ticketing Time Limit (contained in the Fare Rule) built into the GDS software.
I will post replies once received and cover in depth at our next meeting.
